How do I choose a timed session or night ritual?
Timed options show their duration and price. Both timed sessions and night rituals can be paid now. Availability, timing and service details will be confirmed after payment.
What should I prepare before sending a request?
Have your name, correct WhatsApp number and intention ready. Add your gotra if known; email and photos or videos are optional. Check the selected service, duration and total on the form. View the recorded request in My Bookings.
Does a longer session guarantee a particular result?
No. These are faith-based intention and reflection sessions. Experiences differ, and a longer duration or higher fee does not guarantee a result. Choose a duration that suits your preferences and budget.
When will arrangements be confirmed?
You can pay through Razorpay now. The available date, timing and final service arrangements are confirmed after payment. Follow the status in My Bookings and contact support for changes.
How will service proofs be shared?
Proofs of puja, chadhava and offerings will be shared at appropriate times. See the Service proofs policy for the current process.
How do I request a cancellation or refund?
Open your booking or the Support page and submit a tracked request. Refund and cancellation requests are reviewed under the published policy; submitting a request does not itself confirm a refund.
